STEEL SUPPORT STANDS

THREE-POINT SUPPORT STANDS
for surface plates per Fed. Spec. GGG-P-463c

STANDRIDGE stands are constructed with three-point suspension to properly support your granite surface plate. All STANDRIDGE plates are marked with three suspension points on the bottom of the plate, which coincide with the three suspension points on the top of the stand. The alignment of these three points will ensure the guaranteed accuracy of your plate.

STATIONARY STANDS
Constructed from welded steel to provide exceptional strength and durability. Stationary stands include leveling screws on the bottom of each leg. A 36-inch working height is provided unless otherwise specified. Painted a durable gray finish.

CASTERED STANDS
The same quality construction as our stationary model, but our castered stand is equipped with two swivel and two rigid casters to allow the plate and stand to be easily rolled. Leveling bolts are located on top of the stand. Locking casters are also available for an additional charge.

Castered Wide-Stance Steel Stand For 12" X 180" Granite Beam

OPTIONAL SUPPORT SYSTEM
By using block and wedge jacks you remove the need for a large steel stand to support the granite base. This system is comprised of three granite blocks cut and honed to provide the desired work height. An adjustable wedge jack is placed between the top of the block and the surface plate. This system provides maximum support with minimum cost for large plates.
