Listed below are some basic machining capabilities that STANDRIDGE can perform to meet your specific application.

THREADED and SOLID INSERTS
can be added to any granite product. All STANDRIDGE inserts are made of stainless steel to guard against rusting, magnetism, and provide excellent threaded strength. We offer threads in any size required.

All STANDRIDGE inserts meet or exceed federal specification requirements set forth for this product. Positional tolerances as great as ±.001" can be provided.

THROUGH HOLES AND COUNTERBORES
can be added to any granite product. STANDRIDGE is capable of drilling holes and counterbores of any size or depth. By using diamond technology the holes and counterbores are left with a smooth surface.

T-SLOTS AND GROOVES

STANDRIDGE is capable of manufacturing these shapes in any size or length required. We are also capable of precision finishing one or more faces of the cut out, if required.
